Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations & The Reflection Recovery Protocol.

I begin preparing your artisan materials as soon as an order is placed. You may cancel your journey for a full refund at any time before your Foundational Kit has been shipped.

Due to the custom and physical nature of these materials, once your Kit is in the mail, that portion of your fee is non-refundable. However, you may still cancel the coaching portion of your service as long as it is prior to our first letter exchange. Because of the dedicated time and creative energy require 1 d for each handwritten response, once our dialogue has officially 2 begun (upon my receipt of your first letter), 3 the coaching service is considered active and non-refundable.

The Reflection Recovery Protocol

While I use archival materials and trusted carriers, Present & Post is not responsible for postal delays or losses. However, because our dialogue is the heart of this practice, I maintain a "Reflection Backup" of every letter.

• Lost Artifacts: If your correspondence has not arrived within 10 business days of the "sent" notification, I officially classify it as a lost artifact. At this point, I will activate the Reflection Recovery protocol: I will provide a digital version (a photo of the original handwritten letter) within 24 hours to ensure your journey continues uninterrupted.

• Standard Shipping (No Tracking): I will replace one lost physical letter per year for free. For any subsequent losses, a $15 "Material & Fulfillment" fee applies to cover the artisan stationery and postage for a replacement.

• Tracked Shipping (Certified): If the carrier loses a tracked item, Present & Post covers 100% of the physical replacement cost and provides the digital copy immediately. I will also handle the USPS Claim on your behalf.
